I would like to take the opportunity to introduce myself as Head Teacher of Wybers Wood Infant and Junior Schools. It is a privilege to be the Head Teacher of the two schools and I look forward to the schools amalgamating in September 2008. We will be working to maintain and develop the high standards achieved by both schools and to establish a very successful primary school. Although there will be a number of challenges in the process of amalgamating the schools, there are strong teams of staff in both Infants and Juniors who are committed, as I am, the the highest standards of care and education for our children.

I come to Wybers Wood from Wolverhampton where I have been serving as Head Teacher of a primary school for three years. I have experience of infant, junior and primary schools and I have also worked as an adviser and consultant for mathematics. I was born in Cleethorpes and brought up in Grimsby so my appointment represents a welcome return home for me.
